Recruiter (Contract)

As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and recruiting to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the Company's culture internally and externally.At Compass You WillManage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assist in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employmentWork with hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectivelyProactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tacticsCommunicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsivePromote the brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidatesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing Experience managing candidate pipelinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and organizational skillsB.A. or B.S. with a strong academic recordMust be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attentionHigh level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidatesConsiderable skill in interviewing techniquesKnowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus)The base pay range for this position is $35-45 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is based on market location.
