Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Manager, Program/Contract 3Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid – onsite Wed/Thurs)Duration: 18 MonthsPay: $40–51.08/hr.Seeking an experienced Project/Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects ranging from $10K–$1M. This role is responsible for project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.ResponsibilitiesManage physical security capital projects from planning through execution and closeoutMonitor project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performanceCoordinate vendors, field activities, and construction efforts to meet timelines and spending targetsReview security engineering plans, electrical single-line diagrams, logic diagrams, and MEP/construction drawingsLead project meetings, status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communicationsDevelop project charters, business cases, schedules, and financial documentationConduct field walks and support project assessments and vendor quality reviewsPromote safety compliance and safe work practices aligned with OSHATrack project accounting, risks, issues, and mitigation plansRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience2+ years of contract management experience2+ years of supervisory experienceExperience with MS Project scheduling and financial forecastingAbility to read and interpret electrical, construction, and MEP drawingsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fieldPMP CertificationOSHA safety experience
