No Call/Weekends - 165 days off per year - 100% own cases - Beautiful Montana A large trauma center in Montana has a great opportunity for an Anesthesiologist to join a large anesthesia group in a newly developed position with no call or weekend requirements. Employment Details: Full time = 200 shifts/year, no nights, no call 100% coverage on all cases independent practice Outpatient case mix: orthopedics, podiatry, gastroenterology, plastics, ENT, pulmonary, ophthalmology, electrophysiology and more, with additional opportunity to work 24-hour OB shifts if desired Must be comfortable with blocks and healthy pediatrics non-negotiable How they support you: Balanced work/life with no call or weekend obligations in addition to a mix of 4 and 5 day work weeks $370k + shift based model obligated to 200 shifts for full time Generous sign-on / relocation bonus Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues 5-7% retirement match Provider wellness programs focused on personal and professional development Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues
