Candidates with at least a Master of Science degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of experience related to energy, environmental, engineering, or planning services for government or commercial clients. Professional registrations are a plus. All candidates must possess outstanding oral and written communications skills.
