**Job Summary** Boost Mobile is currently looking for a Retail Salesperson to sell and service wireless phones, accessories, and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment. If you are a money-driven, self-motivated, dependable individual who wants to create a dynamic, high-performance sales team, we are looking for you! Wireless experience preferred. We will train the right person. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team of Boost Mobile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge technology products to businesses across the region. The successful applicant will be a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service, a knack for territory management, and the ability to manage their time effectively. DUTIES:- ❏ Consult customers based upon their wireless service needs ❏ Maximize transactions selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers ❏ Successfully achieve business and personal sales goals ❏ Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change ❏ Continually develop sales abilities and product knowledge ❏ Motivate a team of sales representatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our technology products and their applications in the B2B market. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions. - Manage a sales territory and identify new leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies. - Collaborate with sales management to set and achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals. - Manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in technology sales. REQUIREMENTS:- - Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. - Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with sales management tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features and benefits. - Ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize tasks to achieve goals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. - Strong sales management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. - Must be able to speak in English and Spanish. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
