All information provided is subject to verification.Your role as a Staffing InternReceive personalized training from an IT professionals with 20+ years of experience in DoD and private industry.Work on real-world projects supporting our Recruitment team.Enhance your recruiting skills through a customized instructional plan.Apply your knowledge of HR and Business Principles to help DUIT Recruit government cleared personnel.Gain proficiency in the recruitment process and utilizing an advanced digital applicant tracking system.Strengthen your problem-solving, time management, and communication skills in a professional setting.Key responsibilities: screen candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, participate in interviews, create job postings, track recruitment metrics, support onboarding coordination, and ensure sensitive candidate information is handled properly and securely.Must provide a copy of transcripts (official or unofficial from current academic semester term showing 3.0 GPA or better)Copy of Writing sampleMust be committed to attending the full 8 weeks of the internship.Qualification:Required:Academic Background Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.GPA: Minimum of a 3.0Must be willing to make phone calls/video calls.Location: Reside within 20 miles of Baltimore, Maryland, or attend a nearby accredited institution (e.g., University of Maryland Baltimore County preferred).Technical Knowledge: Strong interest in cybersecurity or technical field.Personal Attributes: Problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and friendly attitude.Preferred:Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and professionalism.A passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.Great sales and customer service experience
