This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, maintaining quality standards, and delivering a positive customer experience.This is a hands-on leadership position requiring the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while supporting and guiding team members.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support team members during assigned shiftsManage workflow to ensure efficient service and customer satisfactionOpen and close the stand, including setup, breakdown, and securing the premisesOversee cash handling, including drawer counts, tip distribution, and end-of-day reconciliationEnsure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standardsTrain and onboard new team membersMonitor product quality and consistency across all menu itemsAddress customer needs and resolve issues in a professional mannerMaintain organization of workstations, inventory, and equipmentQualificationsPrior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail requiredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detailAbility to lead by example and foster a positive team environmentAvailability for evenings, weekends, and some weekday shiftsAdditional DetailsSeasonal role (April through Fall)Part-time with flexible scheduling based on availabilityMix of day, evening, and weekend shifts requiredApplicationQualified candidates are encouraged to apply directly through LinkedIn or contact Miller’s Dairy Delite for more information.
