Performance Video Editor (Paid Social Ads)

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Performance Video Editor to create high-performing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.This is not a traditional video editing role. We are looking for someone who understands performance creative, short-form attention spans, and how to edit ads designed to drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.You will work across multiple client accounts, turning raw footage, UGC, stock content, and brand assets into fast-paced, conversion-focused creatives.Schedule: Part-time (10 hours per week)Type: Contract / RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesEdit paid social ads in 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 formatsTurn raw UGC, brand footage, stock clips, and screen recordings into performance-driven adsCreate motion graphic ads using After Effects including animated text, product reveals, comparison visuals, and social proofProduce multiple creative variations from winning concepts using different hooks, captions, music, and introsAdd captions, sound effects, transitions, and basic color correctionDeliver assets within fast turnaround timelines (24–72 hours)Revise creatives based on media buyer feedback and performance dataCollaborate with creative and marketing teams across multiple active accountsMaintain organized workflows using tools such as Frame.io, Slack, Notion, and Google DriveRequirementsResume in English.Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).2+ years of experience editing paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, or similar platformsStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsPortfolio or reel showcasing paid social ads is a mustExperience editing short-form, performance-focused creativesStrong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, and direct-response editing principlesAbility to create multiple ad variations quickly and efficientlyExperience working with UGC and conversion-focused ad creativesAbility to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines consistentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
