B2B Sales Manager

This is where you come in as our B2B Sales Manager.The B2B Sales Manager will lead and develop a small but high-impact team of two sellers, while also directly contributing to revenue through hands-on selling. This role is responsible for driving growth across corporate gifting, bulk orders, and strategic partnerships by combining strong individual execution with team leadership, pipeline management, and process optimization. This is an ideal role for a player-coach who thrives on closing deals, building scalable outbound strategies, and coaching others to exceed targets.What You’ll Do:Own and deliver against the B2B revenue planManage, coach, and develop a team of two B2B sellers, setting clear goals and accountability standards aligned to overall revenue planSet and track activity targets (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline growth) through SalesforceMonitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to drive resultsFoster a high-performance, sales-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvementPersonally own and close key deals, contributing directly to revenue targetsOversee the full sales cycle across the team, from prospecting through closing and repeat businessSupport sellers in closing complex or high-value opportunitiesIdentify and execute outbound prospecting opportunities across corporate and enterprise accountsBuild and refine scalable outbound strategies using tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfoEnsure consistent top-of-funnel activity and healthy pipeline coverage across the team, identifying gaps to ensure consistent revenue deliveryStep in as needed to drive high-impact prospecting efforts (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accountsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of B2B ordersPartner with Marketing to align on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging strategyBuild strong internal relationships to support execution, logistics, and customer experienceReport regularly to department leadership and ELT on pipeline health, activity metrics, and lead flowUse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and optimizationEnsure accurate forecasting and visibility into business performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consultative selling and exceptional serviceDrive contract renewals, repeat business, and long-term partnershipsIdentify upsell opportunities to maximize account valuePartner with Product & Operations teams to inform B2B specific products, packaging and customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience managing or mentoring sales talent, ideally in a small team environmentStrong “player-coach” mentality – equally comfortable closing deals and leading othersHunter mindset with a passion for outbound prospecting and new business developmentDeep understanding of B2B sales, account-based selling, and relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and operational disciplineStrategic thinker with the ability to improve systems and processesProficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo (or similar tools)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate salesPrior experience managing or leading others preferredStrong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsComprehensive understanding of the full sales cycleThe expected salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 per year.
