Role: Java Developer Location : : LOCAL to Mt Laurel, NJ ONLY - 100% ONSITE Type : Contract "Develop REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot Assist in implementation of microservices and batch processing solutions. Write and optimize SQL queries and database interactions. Support scheduler jobs (Spring Batch| Quartz) under guidance .Participate in unit testing| debugging| and defect resolution. Collaborate with team members in Agile sprints and delivery cycle .Assist in production support and monitoring activities. Hands-on experience or strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot .Basic understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs .Knowledge of SQL and relational databases .Exposure to Git| CI/CD| and Agile practices . Willingness to learn scalable systems and integration patterns" Essential Skills: Java & Spring Boot| Microservices Development| REST API Development| Spring Batch| Quartz| SQL| RDBMS| CI/CD & GIT Desirable Skills: Extensive experience (6-8 years) in Java development| with a strong focus on Spring Boot. Proficiency in Spring Framework modules| including Spring MVC| Spring Data JPA| Spring Security| etc. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles| design patterns| and software architecture. Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with database technologies: (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate. Familiarity with cloud platforms: (e.g.| AWS| Azure| GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker| Kubernetes).Experience with version control systems: (e.g.| Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
