Verve Search Group is working with a well known hotel seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team. This is a high-impact leadership role based in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, and requires someone who is comfortable working 5 days onsite.This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating brand presence, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team within a luxury hospitality environment.✨ Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performanceLead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed revenue targetsOversee group sales, transient business, and catering segments while identifying new business opportunitiesCollaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and market positioningBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and local businessesDirect all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, brand positioning, public relations, and social mediaAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to inform strategyRepresent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings🏆 Qualifications:Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is requiredProven track record of driving revenue growth in a Director-level sales and marketing roleStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsDeep understanding of hospitality sales, marketing strategies, and revenue optimizationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality settingThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded luxury property and play a key role in its continued success and growth.
