This role owns messaging, content, digital presence, internal and external communications, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic leader who can balance vision with execution and inspire a high-performing marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth initiativesCreate and implement brand, marketing, and communication strategies across all channelsLead execution of marketing initiatives through internal teams and external partnersDrive internal branding efforts and oversee development of corporate marketing materials, including presentations, digital assets, and social media contentConduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategy and positioningDevelop long-form and short-form content, including blogs, emails, press releases, and social mediaLead the marketing team through concept development, approvals, optimization, and performance trackingOversee website content and ensure alignment with brand and messaging strategyPartner on external communications, including press releases and media outreachDevelop internal messaging, talking points, FAQs, and communications for leadership and employeesAnalyze marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations on a regular basisSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect leadership and development of a team of marketing professionals.Work EnvironmentThis is a primarily office-based role with minimal travel. The organization values in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility where appropriate and fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5–7+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience5+ years of proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teamsExperience with digital, creative, and marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Webflow, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, or similar toolsStrong written, editing, and verbal communication skills with executive presenceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable working independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial culture
