And here’s the best part--no experience is necessary -- we do the training! Job Responsibilities: We build tower structures for client projects. YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AT HEIGHTS. Technicians will be required to climb to assist in installation, maintenance, replacement, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment while working from tower structures and manlifts. Capable of following direction from Foreman, Manager, and/or experienced team members about how to assist on tower and rooftops structures. Available to work long hours that may include weekends as some project timelines are unpredictable. Learn and practice safety protocols including proper use of PPE on tower projects. Perform manual labor on a regular basis including ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Must have a positive attitude about working outside in all weather conditions Technicians follow and comply with company Health, Safety and Environment Program, (including but not limited to), RF, PPE, Fall Protection, Right to Know, Aerial Lift, Hand & Power Tools, Safe, and Lifting. Enthusiastic about learning new wireless communication technologies at remote sites. Job Qualifications: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); related trade school education. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Valid driver's license and good driving record with reliable transportation. Some travel may be required. Preferred Skills: General knowledge of AC and DC circuitry is a plus but not required. Willing to train. Minimum 1 year oil field experience. CDL class A – Restricted ok.
