Pre-Qualification:Bachelor's degree required 1 year of experience in customer service, support, success, onboarding, account management, or a related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English with good grammar and spelling Able to explain complex topics in a simple way Strong people skills and professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and software Able to work well with customers and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Interest in software and customer relationship management Ability to understand and explain workflow-based software Experience in onboarding, implementation, client education, account support, or customer success Friendly and polished professional presence Passion for helping customers grow with the product
