For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Senior Manager, Value Capture is responsible for driving the identification, tracking, and realization of value across the Energy Storage business. This role partners cross-functionally with Direct Procurement, Battery, Planning, Delivery, Logistics, Digital Transformation, and other key functions to ensure that cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives are clearly defined, executed, and realized.This individual acts as a central orchestrator—bridging strategy and execution—to ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational impact.This role is critical to ensure that strategic initiatives translate into real, measurable business outcomes. By connecting teams, driving accountability, and ensuring disciplined execution, the Senior Manager, Value Capture enables the organization to fully realize the financial and operational benefits of its investments.Key ResponsibilitiesValue Identification & StrategyPartner with functional leaders to identify value opportunities, including cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficienciesTranslate strategic initiatives into measurable value targets with clear ownershipEstablish standardized methodologies for value tracking and reportingProgram & Project LeadershipDrive cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely executionDevelop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreamsIdentify risks, gaps, and dependencies; proactively drive resolutionValue Tracking & ReportingBuild and manage a centralized value tracking system/dashboardEnsure transparency of progress against targets, including financial validationProvide regular updates to senior leadership on value realization statusCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key liaison across Direct Procurement, Battery, Planning, Delivery, Logistics, and Digital teamsFacilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomesDrive a culture of accountability and results across teamsProcess Improvement & GovernanceEstablish governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and reportingContinuously improve processes for tracking, validating, and realizing valueEnsure alignment with finance on savings validation and reporting standardsRequired Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)8–12+ years of experience in program management, procurement, operations, or related rolesExperience in energy storage, renewables, manufacturing, all areas of Supply Chain and a highly cross-functional environment preferredProven track record of driving measurable cost savings and operational improvementsStrong project/program management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiativesExpert in Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup and financial discussionsExperience working across global teams and functionsAdditional SkillsValue Realization Mindset – Focus on outcomes, not just activityCross-Functional Leadership – Ability to influence without direct authorityFinancial Acumen – Strong understanding of cost drivers and savings validationProgram Management – Structured, disciplined execution across multiple initiativesCommunication & Executive Presence – Ability to clearly communicate progress and challengesProblem Solving – Proactively identifies and resolves barriers to executionSuccess MetricsRealized cost savings and value capture vs. targetsOn-time delivery of key cross-functional initiativesAccuracy and transparency of value tracking and reportingStakeholder alignment and satisfactionReduction in project delays and execution gapsOur CultureAt Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
