Project Administrator / Contract CoordinatorLocation: Richmond, VA - on-sitePay: $25–$26/hour + growth potentialSchedule: Full-time (flexible start between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM)Position OverviewLingo Staffingis seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Administrator for a client to directly support the VPin managing critical contract and project data. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring accuracy in project setup, compliance documentation, and financial tracking across both public (VDOT) and private sector work.This position is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and accurately from contract award through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Project SetupReview contracts alongside leadership and accurately input all project details into the internal systemEnter materials, quantities, pricing, and job-specific requirements with a high degree of accuracyTransition awarded work from pre-project phase into active project trackingData Entry & DocumentationMaintain precise and organized project records, including:Insurance requirementsBilling contacts and project stakeholdersSite management detailsRetainage and financial termsEnsure all data entered is accurate, complete, and aligned with contract termsCompliance & ReportingManage and maintain documentation required for VDOT and other public projectsTrack employee paperwork and job-specific wage ratesEnsure proper recordkeeping for audits, compliance, and reporting requirementsAdministrative & Operational SupportServe as a key administrative partner to the managementSupport internal coordination between office and field teamsAssist with heavy paperwork flow and document organizationQualifications4+ years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or contract support rolesStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience working with contracts, construction documentation, or compliance paperwork preferredAbility to manage high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and professional accountabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with construction software or ERP systems is a plus (HCSS experience is a bonus but not required)What They're Looking ForSomeone dependable, focused, and highly organizedA professional who takes pride in accuracy and ownership of their workAbility to stay on task and manage responsibilities without constant oversightStrong sense of urgency and accountability in a deadline-driven environmentWhy Join the company?Stable, growing company with strong leadershipDirect exposure to executive leadership and operationsOpportunity to grow with the company as they transition to new systems (HCSS)Flexible start times and consistent full-time schedule with some overtime and full benefitsJ-18808-Ljbffr
