Enterprise Network Engineer

Position: Enterprise Network Engineer & SupportLocation: Southeast Wisconsin (Hybrid – Onsite Tue/Thu)Rate: $50–55/hr |Summary:We are seeking an Enterprise Network Engineer to support and enhance large-scale enterprise network infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The role includes operational support, troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle management, and collaboration with global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environmentsTroubleshoot network incidents, connectivity, and performance issuesSupport wireless platforms, SD-WAN, and network security initiativesAssist with network upgrades, deployments, refreshes, and decommissioningDevelop test plans, maintain documentation, and support change managementDrive network reliability, operational efficiency, and process improvementsParticipate in on-call rotation and shared queue supportPreferred TechnologiesJuniper / HPE Routing & SwitchingAruba WirelessPalo Alto FirewallsHPE SD-WAN (nice to have)Required QualificationsStrong hands-on enterprise networking experienceExperience in large-scale network environmentsStrong troubleshooting, RCA, and analytical skillsUnderstanding of network security and segmentationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with change management and ITIL practices preferredCandidates with comparable networking technology experience will also be considered.
