Autonomous Technology Support Technician II

Four (4) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair plus one technical certification relevant to the role OR six (6) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT related field and two (2) years of experience supporting onboard technologies in mining or similar industrial environments Four (4) years of experience supporting onboard technologies in mining or similar industrial environments plus one technical certification Six (6) years of experience supporting onboard technologies in mining or similar industrial environments High school diploma or GED Associate's degree in information technology or related field CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent certification Rajant, Cisco, or similar network certification Electrical/Electronic certification Experience troubleshooting Autonomous Technology systems Experience with low voltage electrical systems Experience programming/configuring hardware
