Job description:Contract Manufacturing Specialist – Cell Therapy (GMP)Location: Tarzana, CA (with occasional travel to Santa Monica)Duration: 90 days (extendable)Core FunctionHands-on support for cell therapy manufacturing (TCR-T, CAR-T, allogeneic therapies) with a focus on GMP-compliant operations, cleanroom processing, and tech transfer activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cleanroom manufacturing operations in ISO 5 environmentFollow aseptic techniques, gowning, and safety proceduresSet up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipmentSupport SOP development and documentation activitiesManage inventory of materials and supplies in cleanroom areasAssist with process development and tech transfer (PD/MSAT)Ensure all activities meet cGMP regulatory requirementsSupport deviation investigations and manufacturing documentationProvide updates to manufacturing leadershipRequired Experience5+ years of experience (or BS in a relevant field with experience)Strong understanding of cGMP and CMC regulationsExperience with aseptic techniques and cell cultureCell therapy manufacturing experience preferredFamiliarity with equipment such as:NC-200 NucleocounterDynasellectSepax, Finia, SefiaCell washers, welders, sealersMicroscopes and automated cell processing systemsIdeal Candidate ProfileCAR-T / TCR-T manufacturing experienceCleanroom (ISO 5) operational experienceGMP clinical or commercial biologics manufacturing backgroundExperience with batch records, deviations, and SOPsExposure to tech transfer or MSAT functionsStrong attention to detail and compliance mindset
