About the jobOptify Search are currently partnered with a multinational distributor of speciality chemicals, searching for a Sales Manager supporting commercial operations in the Gulf region (US). ResponsibilitiesManage and grow business with key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent commercial development with a focus on the Gulf regionPresent and promote the latest speciality chemicals for CASE, Oil & Gas and Industrial markets, introducing innovations and supporting customers with technical and marketing insights.Plan and execute regular customer visits, and actively participate in trainings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and engagement.QualificationsEarly Career Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in either CASE, Oil & Gas or Industrial markets to ensure quick operational readiness.Technical Sales Competencies: Autonomous, curious, responsible, open‑minded, and motivated by new challenges, with a strong interest in building long‑term business relationships within an international, growing company.This role offers a competitive salary, with a great compensation package, and a strong progression pathway.Please submit your resume if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
