Our vision is to reshape the industry's benchmark for renewable operations and create the next generation of O&M provider.The Sr. Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance through various accounting functions. This position involves managing month-end close processes, payroll validation, sales and use tax compliance, and maintaining accounting software configurations.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Duties/Responsibilities:Month-End CloseComplete all account reconciliationsPost prepaid and accrual entriesRecord all fixed asset acquisitions and disposalsPost all reoccurring entriesPrepare trial balances for review Intacct (ERP system)Complete weekly bank reconciliationManage weekly expense import prior to billing cyclePerform vendor, client, and new user setupPerform new project, account, and item code setupPost client payments and run AR aging reportExpense ManagementReview and post all credit card charges and employee reimbursementsReview and post all vendor invoices once AP has enteredMaintain system user setup Payroll & BenefitsComplete bi-weekly payroll validation prior to pay cycleMaintain IRA reconciliationPrepare and post payroll journal entriesWork with HR to reconcile benefits invoices prior to payment Sales & Use TaxRemit sales and use taxes monthly/quarterly/as due.
