Role and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for UKG across all modules
Own the administration and configuration of ExakTime, our field workforce timekeeping platform
Ensure both systems are properly integrated and communicating accurately, data integrity is a core responsibility of this role
Manage system updates, file feeds, testing cycles, and change-management documentation across both platforms
Serve as the internal subject matter expert and first-line support for HR technology end users
Payroll Support & Compliance
Partner with payroll to support accurate, on-time payroll processing for non-exempt and exempt employees
Identify and resolve payroll system discrepancies, including integration errors and downstream systems
Assist with audit preparation, wage and hour compliance, payroll-related reporting
Reporting & Analytics
Build, maintain, and distribute HR dashboards and recurring reports
Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR partners, Finance, and the Senior Leadership Team
Develop and improve data visualization and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making
System Integrations & Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with IT and Finance on system integrations, ensuring HR data flows accurately across platforms including payroll, benefits carriers, retirement recordkeepers, and ERP systems
Manage and troubleshoot file feeds with all connected third-party vendors
Support HR data migration, auditing, and system onboarding associated with acquisitions and business integration activity
Document integration architecture and maintain current data mapping for all connecting systems
Translate HR system requirements into clear technical specifications when working with IT and external vendors
HR Operations Support
Roll up your sleeves and support other HR initiatives as they arise; this team wears multiple hats.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase HR team efficiency and data accuracy
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. We will consider candidates without a degree who demonstrate equivalent experience, typically 7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR systems experience with demonstrated technical depth
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with hands-on UKG administration (required)
Skills
Strong knowledge of managing system integrations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfort with large, complex datasets
Experience supporting payroll operations, including troubleshooting system-generated errors
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
High attention to detail and a track record of protecting data integrity under competing priorities
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Repetitive motion; substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HR data migration or system onboarding through M&A activity
Familiarity with ACA reporting, EEO-1 filling, or other HR compliance processes
Background in industrial, construction, or field-based workforce environments
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytical tools

This hybrid role is based out of our office in The Woodlands, Texas.
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, resp?irators, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
