The Talent and Learning team provides development and skill-building solutions that unlock the potential of our employees, foster innovation, and enable HP to fulfill its mission to drive growth and more fulfilling work experiences for people everywhere.The Executive Development Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of executive development initiatives for our director-and-above populationtranslating business needs into program plans, aligned stakeholder decisions, and high-quality learning experiences. This role blends strategic planning with rigorous execution, including defining scope and success metrics, building project timelines, coordinating with internal and external partners, and managing communications. You'll partner with senior leaders and People Partners to diagnose priorities, align on requirements, and drive program governance and continuous improvement.What You'll DoOwn program and project plans end-to-end (scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, budget) for executive development offerings.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (People Partners, facilitators/coaches, vendors, comms, and operations) to deliver a seamless participant experience.Establish and run program governance: intake, requirements, decision points, status reporting, and risk/issue management.Use data and feedback loops to define success measures, monitor outcomes, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 5 years in leadership development, program/project management, talent development, or related roles.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.Consultative approach and exceptional communication skills.Strong program management and organizational skills.Demonstrated bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong technology acumenThe pay range for this role is $95,000 to $140,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
