Multi-Site Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Multi-Site Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating project delivery across multiple locations simultaneously. This role requires strong organizational capabilities, advanced stakeholder management skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality and standards across diverse geographic sites while meeting client objectives and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionManage day-to-day activities across multiple project sites, ensuring consistent adherence to JLL's 5-phase processDevelop and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets for all sites under managementCoordinate project activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall program objectivesGenerate and obtain written change notifications and approvals from stakeholders across all sitesManage risk registers, tracking and communicating risks relative to scope, schedule, and budget for each locationConduct and document weekly project meetings, including pre-bid/pre-construction meetings across multiple sitesOversee all punch list items and closeout processes for each locationEnsure proper documentation and correspondence are saved in accordance with JLL protocolsClient & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong rapport with client project representatives across all locationsCultivate new and existing business relationships through multi-site engagementProactively identify potential issues across all project sitesManage all supplier partners on cost, safety, and schedule adherence for multiple locationsCollaborate with JLL peers, senior PMs, regional leads, practice leads, and SMEs to leverage JLL's vertically integrated real estate services platformFinancial ManagementCreate and manage project budgets for multiple sites, including cost tracking (ACR)Communicate budget risks and changes to clients in a timely mannerReview and ensure adherence to lease requirements across all locationsObtain and process partial and final lien waivers for all sitesUnderstand and manage client and vendor contracts accordinglyQuality & ComplianceDemonstrate working knowledge of drawings and specifications with ability to identify adds/misses via quality controlEnsure supplier partner insurance requirements, safety pre-qualification, and safety plans are in place for all sitesObtain necessary approvals (landlord, permitting, etc.) for each locationManage HSSE practices and compliance across all project sitesMaintain Certinia data health and project documentation standardsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentCoordinate and supervise Associates, Analysts, and other administrative personnel on specific projectsTrain and evaluate Assistant Project Managers and Project CoordinatorsFoster an ethical environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovationSupport development and execution of best practices that enhance JLL's capabilities and reputationBusiness DevelopmentPrepare and produce proposals for multi-site opportunitiesNetwork across the industry and within the firmSupport marketing initiatives and RFP managementAssist brokers during building searches and lease negotiationsMaintain and nurture relationships with previous clientsIdentify prospects in pursuit of new businessQualificationsRequiredMinimum 2 years of industry experience in project managementWorking knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and MEP systemsStrong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementProficiency in project management software (Clarizen or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and formattingAbility to make tactical decisions independentlyUnderstanding of lease language and contract managementPreferredExperience managing multiple concurrent projects or multi-site programsKnowledge of various delivery models and contract typesFamiliarity with vendor management and bidding processesUnderstanding of P&L financialsProfessional certifications (PMP, CCM, or equivalent)Key CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent stakeholder relationship managementProactive problem identification and resolutionCollaborative mindset with ability to work across boundariesAttention to detail and quality controlAdaptability to manage diverse site conditions and requirementsProfessional networking and business development skillsWorking ConditionsMulti-site travel required (percentage based on portfolio needs)Ability to work across different time zones when managing geographically dispersed projectsRare occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate project demandsPosition Level: Associate (P2)Reports To: Senior Project Manager or Regional LeadDirect Reports: Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators (on assigned projects)
