Ideal candidates will be intrinsically motivated, proactive professionals, and able to thrive in an independent environment where success is directly tied to effort and ambition. The ability to build partnerships and create mutually beneficial outcomes is essential. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will represent our brand, drive sales, and cultivate lasting relationships with our valued clients.• Develop genuine relationships of care for the retailers you introduce American Homestead Furniture to, and commit to supporting them in their business goals.• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, product pitches, and demonstrations.• Develop genuine relationships with American Homestead Furniture retailers and commit to supporting them in their business goals.• Assist customers in creating orders and facilitate order logistics.• Maintain and sustain relationships with existing clients to bolster their business goals and increase American Homestead Furniture's presence within their organization.• Identify, pursue, and open new business within the retail furniture world.• Negotiate agreements and close deals to exceed sales targets.• Utilize creative and modern lead generation practices to pursue new business, while remaining rooted in the time-tested practices our industry was built on.• Remain informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, especially as these pertain to your client area.• Provide exceptional sales training and education to retail sales teams to set AHF products apart in the minds and on the floors of retailers.
