About the JobProstoria is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a full-time, dynamic B2B Sales Manager who is enthusiastic about business development to join our Chicago team. Responsible for leading development and expansion of the sales network across North and South America. The ideal candidate should have sales experience, ideally in the high-end furniture market and/or interior design, with an understanding of Prostoria or comparable brand clientele and partners.Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:Act as a passionate ambassador for Prostoria, inspiring and educating the A&D and dealer communities about our history, concepts, and products. Fostering relationships with key players in the A&D teams, key accounts, and dealer partners, while building a larger network within our industry and beyond.The Sales Manager will deepen relationships with our existing network and further growth. This includes managing assigned dealer accounts, providing training, setting targets, and strategizing to help them achieve their sales goals. Planning and implementing regular visits to existing and potential partners throughout the territory. Frequent travel and attendance at events and meetings in accordance with defined goals.Organizing and participating in both in-person and virtual events to connect with clients and influencers. Attending and networking at design community events to enhance Prostoria’s presence. Activating the space by hosting groups for tours, breakfast and lunch meetings, and utilizing it to reach target accounts and industries. Attendance and support will also be needed for our larger events held regularly.Maintaining and updating all sales activities in internal CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Collaborating with headquarters and global partners on the strategic development of key clients.Managing projects from the specification stage to final realization, providing continuous support to clients throughout the process, including after-sales care and ensuring high client satisfaction post-delivery.Collaborating with Prostoria’s global network to support and synchronize efforts on key accounts and global A&D projects.Developing and executing unique ideas to differentiate Prostoria from competitors, delivering exceptional service to the A&D and dealer communities. Ideal Candidate:3-5 years of professional experience in sales, market development, or key account management, ideally in the high-end furniture industry.Outstanding sales skills. Good knowledge of the A&D community and the high-end design market.A background in architecture or interior design is an advantage, but not required; passionate about contemporary design and architecture.Experience in working independently, organizing travel and leading complex activities in large territories.Ability to build strong relationships and trust with colleagues, superiors and partners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of furniture and design. Proactive, flexible, and willing to engage in different aspects of the business, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to each task.Able to travel frequently, and ready for continuous fieldwork with customers and clients.
