Project Manager Enterprise Survey Platform (Qualtrics)Duration: 5-Month Engagement Location: Torrance, CA (100% Onsite) Department: Consumer Applications Enterprise Survey Platform Employment Type: Contract Platform: Qualtrics / Enterprise Survey & VoC ProgramsThe Project Manager Enterprise Survey Platform (Qualtrics) will lead the delivery of enhancements and platform capabilities for enterprise-wide survey and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating execution across vendors (Qualtrics, Client), business stakeholders, IT application teams, and QA, ensuring successful delivery of surveys, dashboards, integrations, and UAT. This is a structured delivery environment requiring strong project governance, schedule management, vendor oversight, risk management, and executive communication. The Project Manager owns execution progress, issue resolution, reporting, and alignment across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionOwn and maintain the project plan, milestones, timelines, and dependenciesDrive day-to-day execution across survey builds, dashboards, integrations, QA, and UATCoordinate tasks across business teams, IT, vendors, and QA resourcesTrack delivery progress and proactively escalate delays or risksMaintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)Vendor ManagementManage delivery and communication with Qualtrics and ClientEnsure clarity on scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate requirement handoffs, change requests, and delivery sign-offsMonitor vendor quality and readiness for testing and deploymentStakeholder Engagement & ReportingServe as the central point of contact for the Enterprise Survey Platform programPrepare and deliver weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive updatesFacilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and governance forumsTrack business readiness and support rollout communicationsTesting & Deployment CoordinationPartner with Business Systems Analysts and QA teams to plan and execute testing cyclesEnsure UAT readiness (scripts, environments, data, testers)Coordinate deployment, cutover readiness, and go-live checkpointsGovernance & Delivery DisciplineEnsure scope clarity and enforce effective change controlTrack budget usage and vendor SOW alignmentMaintain required documentation and audit artifacts (plans, approvals, reports)Day-to-Day ActivitiesTrack progress on survey builds, dashboards, and integrationsLead weekly delivery and working sessions with vendors and stakeholdersFacilitate sprint/work-package planning and requirement clarificationsMonitor QA/UAT progress and ensure defect resolutionDeliver executive-level status updates and dashboardsProactively manage risks and drive issue resolutionRequired Qualifications5+ years of IT Project Management experienceExperience managing vendor-delivered technology programsProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partnersStrong project planning, RAID management, and delivery governance skillsExperience coordinating UAT and structured deployment cyclesProficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management toolsExcellent executive-level communication and reporting skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Qualtrics, enterprise survey, or Voice of Customer programsBackground in digital product delivery, CX analytics, CRM, or MarTech platformsUnderstanding of data privacy and governance (GDPR, CCPA)Core Skills & CompetenciesEnterprise Project ManagementVendor & SOW ManagementSchedule & Dependency ManagementRAID & Risk MitigationStakeholder & Executive CommunicationUAT & Deployment CoordinationGovernance & Change ControlSuccess CriteriaPredictable and transparent project executionVendor deliverables completed on time and with high qualitySurveys, dashboards, and integrations validated by business stakeholdersSmooth UAT execution with tracked and resolved issuesNo surprisesrisks escalated early and stakeholders consistently informed
