The Opportunity:
In this impactful New Service Partner Experiences, Senior Director role, you will lead the function of setting up New Services strategy and vision which includes driving Partner Development from concept to launch in collaboration with our service planning team in our global headquarters office. You will report to our Vice President in North America but be a daily partner to our team members across the globe.
As the Senior Director of New Service Partner Experiences, you will:
Set priorities to align with the platform business strategy direction.
Utilize expertise in collaborative decision making with various stakeholders, including the business team, development team, and the HQ's product management team (service planning team).
As a senior leader, you will cover our service standards, execution of strategic initiatives and long-term plans while partnering successfully domestically, regionally and globally.
The impact you will have includes enhancing UX, technological advancements, market trend analysis and adaptation.
You will partner with the LG Smart TV Service Experience Team which leads product innovation, providing better user experiences and enhancing market competitiveness.
You will utilize Innovative ideas and build relationships across the company and with external partners to ensure successful growth of New Services and Experiences within Smart TV.
Qualifications:
Experience successfully conducting customer research including Usability Testing & Interviews.
Track record of developing innovative products, and successfully launching them.
Proven experience using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision-making across the entire product design process.
Ability to think strategically and at the same time stay on top of tactical execution in an agile environment with rapid iterative capability building.
Experience working with multiple teams across different geographies.
Domain expertise in media & entertainment industry
This role is expected to spread and enhance the overall capabilities of the organization including our HQ in Seoul, Korea and will travel there often.
