Coverage Need:* Full-time or at least 2 weeks per monthMUST take callOngoing need until permanent replacements are securedPrivileges: Temporary privileges available for clean filesBoard Status: Board Certified or Board EligibleExperience Requirements:* Must have OB anesthesia experience , including labor epidurals and unscheduled C-sections* Must meet all listed parameters for submission* Description of Work:Cover bread-and-butter surgical cases as the primary anesthesiologistHigh volume in orthopedics and general surgeryIncludes OB call ; assignments directed by the Chief/Acting ChiefCollaborative, team-based OR environment* Procedures & Surgeries:Required: All standard surgical anesthesia (no CT, neuro, or cranial cases)Preferred: OB/Gyn, Ortho, General Surgery, Plastics, Vascular, Colo-rectal, ENT, GI, UrologyRegional blocks for OR cases (no outpatient pain management)Pediatrics optional (healthy children only; no high-risk peds)* Schedule:* Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM* Includes call coverage as agreed upon* Workload:* 4 5 cases per day* deliveries per year* Environment:100% OR & L&D coverage (no clinic)9 main ORs (constructed 18 years ago)Trauma Level: Level III (ACS verified)* Staffing Structure:* 15 MDs (including per diems)* 2 CRNAs, anesthesia techs, PAs, nurses, OR techs
