With a focus on cutting-edge technology and user-centric design, we strive not only to deliver products but also revolutionize the way people interact with their environments.About the RoleFoxx Development Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to help manage mobile device programs and carrier-related projects in the U.S. market.This position serves as a key coordination point between customers, carrier partners, sales teams, ODM/OEM manufacturers, and our overseas Product and R&D teams. The role is focused on turning customer and market requirements into products that can be successfully developed, launched, and supported.We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working with multiple teams at the same time. While prior product management experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates with strong project coordination experience and the ability to grow into a larger product leadership role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary bridge between U.S. Sales teams and overseas Product/R&D teams.Gather customer, carrier, channel, and market requirements and communicate them effectively to engineering and product development teams.Manage product development projects from concept through launch, including requirements collection, development tracking, testing, certification, launch preparation, and post-launch support.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and key milestones are achieved.Monitor project status, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.Support carrier, Lifeline, MVNO, and channel-related product initiatives.Coordinate with ODM or OEM manufacturers regarding product specifications, development schedules, testing results, and production readiness.Assist Sales teams with product positioning, customer presentations, product training, and technical support.Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support product launch and inventory planning.Track competitive products, market trends, and customer feedback to help guide future product improvements.Prepare regular project updates and management reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing, or related field2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Product Operations, Telecommunications, Wireless, Consumer Electronics, or related industriesExperience working with smartphones, tablets, wireless devices, mobile operators, MVNOs, Lifeline programs, or consumer electronics preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-throughExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teamsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teamsBilingual English and Mandarin Chinese preferredPreferred ExperienceAndroid smartphone or tablet product experience.Wireless carrier, prepaid wireless, Lifeline, ACP, or MVNO experience.Experience supporting product certifications, compliance activities, or carrier acceptance processes.Experience working with U.S. distribution channels, retailers, or carrier partners.What Makes Someone Successful in This RoleStrong ownership mentality and willingness to take initiative.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business priorities.Strong execution and follow-up skills.Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.Positive attitude, resilience, and solution-oriented mindset.Compensation Structure:Competitive base salaryKPI-Based Performance Bonus ProgramRegional performance bonusMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany Sponsored 401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysProfessional Development and Career Growth OpportunitiesOpportunity to work directly with senior leadership and participate in strategic business initiativesApplication Method:Interested candidates, please send your resume to HR@FOXXUSA.COM with the subject line “Product Manager (Mobile Devices & Carrier Programs)”
