Open up opportunities with HPE.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & ExecutionDefine and lead the AI roadmap for the PSM organization aligned to business priorities and HPE’s AI strategyIdentify high-impact use cases across messaging, content creation, campaign execution, competitive intelligence, and day to day product marketing activitiesPrioritize and deliver AI-driven initiatives that improve productivity and business outcomesWork with the HPE AI teams to ensure PSM alignment on priorities, tool integration, HPE compliance, and end to end workflowProgram LeadershipLead end-to-end AI programs, from ideation through implementation and scaleEstablish governance, success metrics, and reporting for AI initiativesManage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projectsAI Tools & Technology EnablementPartner closely with Marketing Technology, IT, Data, and Security teams to evaluate, select, and deploy AI tools and platformsHelp define requirements and ensure tools integrate effectively into existing workflowsStay current on emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, copilots, agents) and assess their applicabilityAI Agents & Workflow AutomationDesign and help develop AI-powered agents and automated workflows to support Product Marketing functionsCollaborate with technical teams or vendors to build, test, and refine solutionsEnsure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needsUse available AI toolsm, and also Identify and advocate for AI tools not already within HPEChange Management & EnablementDrive adoption of AI tools and processes across the PSM organizationDevelop training programs, playbooks, and best practicesAct as a change agent—helping our team shift behaviors, mindsets, and ways of workingCross-Functional CollaborationEngage with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with strategic prioritiesWork closely with HPE AI Teams and IT, as well as Marketing AI and MarTech teamsServe as the primary point of contact for AI within Product MarketingQualifications Required7–12+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or related rolesProven experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation initiativesStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI and workflow automationExperience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation workflowsExperience working with AI tools (e.g., LLM platforms, copilots, automation tools)Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferredBackground working with IT, data, or engineering teams on tool implementationFamiliarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI governanceExperience in B2B or enterprise technology environmentsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution focusCuriosity and continuous learning mindset in a rapidly evolving spaceAbility to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applicationsStrong program and stakeholder management skillsInfluence without authorityWhat We Can Offer YouHealth & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
