Apply via Dice today!The procurement Specialistin Irving, Texas 75039OrAlpharetta, Georgia 30009Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Support and lead RFP/RFQ activities, including requirements development, supplier coordination, proposal evaluation, and award documentation. Support and/or lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements. Coordinate with Legal on contract drafting, review, amendments, and execution. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies and timelines. Support supplier engagement activities and issue resolution as required. Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and recommendations to Procurement and business stakeholders. Conduct market and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions. Support assigned category management activities, with scope potentially expanding over time. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements. Support continuous improvement of sourcing and contracting processes.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. (University , degree earned, and year of graduation must be on the resume) 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or professional services. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement and contract management tools preferred. Strong negotiation and commercial acumen. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset.
