Operations & Logistics ManagerThe Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high volume production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance. This role requires hands on leadership, the ability to manage schedules, track KPIs, and maintain smooth workflow across all warehouse and logistics functions.The ideal candidate has experience in large scale warehouse or production settings, along with 3PL experience, and is comfortable working with systems and technology. Strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential, along with flexibility for weekend availability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operationsManage staff scheduling and workflow coordinationTrack and monitor KPIs and operational performanceEnsure efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillmentMaintain organization and inventory control processesWork with systems and technology to manage operationsEnsure safety, compliance, and operational standardsQualifications:Experience managing a large warehouse or production environment required3+ years of 3PL experience requiredStrong leadership and team management skillsBasic computer skills and comfort with operational systemsExperience tracking KPIs and performance metricsHighly dependable and reliableAbility to work weekends as neededStrong organizational and problem solving skillsLocation: Perth Amboy, NJType: Full time (weekend availability required)Salary: $125,000$175,000/year
