Job Full DescriptionTitle: Assembly WorkerPay: $14/hourHours: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PMLocation: Shreveport, LAJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable Assembly Worker to join a growing truss manufacturing company in Shreveport, LA. This position will assist with assembling roof and floor trusses in a production environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced shop setting.ResponsibilitiesAssemble wood trusses according to measurements and specificationsUse hand tools, nail guns, and basic power toolsRead tape measures and follow work orders or drawingsLift and move materials (50+ lbs as needed)Maintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and production standardsAssist in other shop duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to lift 50+ lbs consistentlyComfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environmentBasic hand tool experience preferredAbility to read a tape measureStrong work ethic and dependabilityTeam-oriented with a willingness to learnShreveport, LA 3391 406 Turtle Creek Drive Suite A Shreveport, LA 71115
