Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect . Meets personnel qualifications stated in *418.114(b)(3).Minimum of one (1) years' experience in health care, hospice experience preferred.
