Owner doctor can mentor those interested in starting to place implants or in learning orthodontics with clear aligners as well as utilizing the in-house technologyIn addition to excellent salary, benefits include medical insurance, 401 K with match, CE allowance, malpractice insurance allowance and sign on bonusDentist ResponsibilitiesExamine the patients’ teeth thoroughly using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to spot signs of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental healthDiagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, and restorationSeek consultation with dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, or periodontists when appropriateCommunicate with support staff regarding patient care plansCoordinate and perform dental care treatments at and above the standard of careConduct work that is compliant with office policies and procedures; safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines; and infection and infectious diseases control standardsDentist QualificationsDDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school, and a Bachelor’s degree are requiredCurrent and unrestricted state license in good standingNew graduates are encouraged to applyCPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are requiredAdvanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is helpfulComputer proficiency is desiredPossess strong bedside manner, and great communication skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, BonusesCompensation:$225,000-$400,000/hour
