If you're a proven culinary leader who's ready for sunshine, stability, and serious earning potential--we want to hear from you!Base Compensation for this role is $70,000-$75,000 annually with earning potential of approximately $90,000 with gratuities.We are pleased to announce a wonderful career opportunity for an Executive Chef.What will you be doing most days?Prepare, assign and delegate responsibilities for the operation of the various F & B sub departments, IE: BanquetsEnsure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to F & B, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulationsEnsure safety of team members and cleanliness of facility and equipmentMonitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies to ensure we are meeting par requirements in all areasAssist in conducting monthly inventoriesKeep store rooms and refrigerator and freezer organizedAssist in ordering and receiving necessary food products, beverages and suppliesEnsure daily that the kitchen is staffed appropriately, the kitchen is clean, inventory levels are appropriate, and equipment is working properlyComply with company and franchise standards of operation procedures, as well as those of all applicable regulatory agencies, and ensure daily that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standardsWhat are the requirements for this position?You have a thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations that encompasses food and beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques, as well as, health and safety regulationsYou have strong organizational and time management skillsYou have the ability to communicate in English both orally and in writingYou must be able to create and promote a positive working environment among team membersYou must have the capacity to work under pressure and perform well under stressful situationsPhysical Requirements For This PositionThis is a physically demanding position.
