Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our well-established clinic in Pearland, TX. This is a full-time opportunity at a busy outpatient practice offering a robust patient base, modern equipment, and a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience and be comfortable managing high-volume caseloads. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient populationDiagnose and treat skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and morePerform in-office dermatologic procedures as neededMaintain accurate, timely documentation using EMA EMR systemCollaborate with clinic leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Requirements: Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution, and residency in dermatology.Board Certified in Dermatology required.Texas medical license.Minimum of 2 years of independent clinical dermatology experience post-residencyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable with high-volume outpatient practice Position Highlights: Productivity Bonus: 40-50% of collectionsGuaranteed base salaryPatient Load: Average of 40 patients per dayWork Schedule:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMNo weekend requirementsOn-call responsibilities to be discussed during the interviewStart Date: Expected within 2 months (including credentialing timeline)Benefits: Standard benefits package offered, including health coverage, paid time off, and more
