Job Description Summary Position Objective:The Flooring Solutions Technician 2 will coordinate with the leadershipteam to provide an exemplary level of service to our customers,demonstrate skills and performance in the use, operation, set up andrepair of all company equipment. This position requires the individualto demonstrate a level of professionalism through positive communicationand appearance that will be respected by other service personnel. TheTechnician 2 cleans equipment, performs preventive maintenance, andmakes the needed repairs on equipment within the area of responsibility,and in the safest and most effective way possible to avoid down time.Position Responsibilities: Performs check-ins when equipment is returnedto the shop Assists with loading and unloading of equipment as neededCleans, pressure washes, and preps equipment for repairs and detailsequipment for rent-ready status Perform full-service maintenance on allequipment, diagnoses, and repairs most mechanical problems Maintain safework environment and perform duties in accordance with safety standardsKeeps track of rental equipment (inventory) and coordinates deliveries,pick-ups and service calls with customers Maintains warehouse areaCleans, repairs, orders, and installs all necessary parts to ensure thestandards are met Sources and manages the inventory of parts andsupplies Completes and maintains equipment service records includingdamage repair, preventative maintenance, and warranty processing Ensuredecals are replaced and equipment is cleaned, then detailed Operatescompany vehicle safely and maintains a valid driver\'s license andexcellent driving record free from points Keeps records and maintainscompany vehicle, including washing, oil changes and general safetyinspection; any defect or variation from normal performance should bereported to the supervisor Maintains and tracks company\...
