If you're experienced with machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, love keeping production running smoothly, and have an interest in woodworking, this is your chance to grow with a leading company.Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Highlights:Schedule: 3:00pm-1:00am Monday-Friday (5x10-hour shifts)Occasional mandatory Saturday shiftsPay: $30-35+ per hour, depending on experience + $2 per hour shift differentialLong term opportunity with room for advancement!Excellent benefits package upon hireIndustrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties:Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on machines including CNC routers, sanders, saws, conveyors, paint equipment, and additional woodworking tools.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs and industrial controlsInstall, align, adjust, or relocate machinery as needed for production changes or upgrades.Change out equipment parts such as belts, tools, dies, grease machines, and other duties as assignedCollaborate with team members and communicate updates to supervisors and affected staffQualifications:Associate's Degree or Journeyman Card preferred; 3-5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience requiredExperience in shop or CNC machine maintenance strongly preferred, woodworking or cabinet manufacturing ins a plusSkilled in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine manualsStrong understanding of PLC controls, ACDC/Servo drives, motors, and industrial sensorsStrong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skillsPhysical RequirementsFrequent lifting (up to 75lbs) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 120lbs).Constant walking, bending, kneeling, and overhead reaching.Ability to work in tight spaces and at heightsRequired visual acuity for machinery inspection and fine detail workWork Environment:Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, heat, and humidity.Frequent work near moving machinery and airborne particles (e.g. wood dust, solvents).Standard PPE and safety procedures required at all times.Benefits as an Express Associate:One interview – multiple job openings!Fixed Indemnity Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Coverage401(k)Employee Assistance Program, training resources, and scholarship opportunitiesExpress Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
