Title:Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) 1099 Contract, Full-Time Eligible Type:1099 Contract, Eligible for Full-Time Overview: Ascend Medical is seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner with expertise in wound management and infusion therapies. This is a 1099 contract position with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds. Develop individualized wound care treatment plans. Administer and oversee IV and infusion therapies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans. Provide patient education on wound care and infusion therapy. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations. Travel to patient homes or clinics across the East Atlanta area as needed.
