Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Nacogdoches, TXKey Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plansImplement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniquesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury preventionMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsEnsure a safe and supportive treatment environmentRequirements:Active Physical Therapist license in CaliforniaGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or equivalentStrong clinical and patient care skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply)Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settingsFamiliarity with EMR systems and documentation standards
