Superintendent

The Area Superintendent will work closely with members of the Construction Management, Facility Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facility Operation, and Production Operation departments from planning, through installation and the start of production. This team member will supervise all on-site construction related to tool installation including scheduling of trade contractors, vendor tool installations, resolving day-to-day construction issues, performing day-to-day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule. They are also responsible to ensure the quality of the work being performed by contractors or team members in the field.What You'll Do- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities including Electrical, Structural, Process, Mechanical and Instrumentation scopes- Develop execution plans/schedules, Participate in design reviews & Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel and other construction Managers- Manage contractors , Drive the fieldwork (space ready and utility hookup) to ensure schedule stays on track and elevate any installation issues to proper management- Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans- Employ a can-do attitude, working through challenges with all stakeholders- Work with Engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks immediately & Enforce and maintain quality for engineering drawings and field installations; identify causes of issues and work with various teams to improve specifications and/or standards where required- Ensure installation meets end u ' requirements and quality expectationsPay Range for this role is: $50 - $55We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
