Senior Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers and trade partners, this role oversees daily field operations, coordinates subcontractors, and proactively resolves jobsite challenges to support successful project delivery across Texas.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safetyCoordinate all phases of construction, including subcontractors, vendors, and inspectionsMaintain and drive project schedules to meet or exceed deadlinesIdentify and resolve field issues quickly and effectivelyEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and permitting requirementsLead subcontractor meetings and support submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing processesMaintain accurate project documentation including daily logs and progress reportsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows and outcomesApply Lean Construction principles to increase efficiency and reduce wasteQualifications:10+ years of multifamily construction experienceDegree preferred but not requiredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable using construction technologyCommitment to collaboration, integrity, respect, and accountability
