Senior Superintendent Construction

Our client is seeking a Senior Superintendent who takes pride in running a safe, organized, and quality-driven jobsite. This is a great opportunity for a builder who thrives on teamwork, communication, and seeing projects through from dirt to delivery.About the Role:You’ll oversee all field operations on ground-up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$100M+. You’ll work closely with the project manager, lead subcontractors, and ensure the project is built safely, on schedule, and to spec.Key Responsibilities:Direct all on-site construction activities and personnelEnforce jobsite safety and quality standardsCoordinate daily with project management and subcontractorsMaintain project schedules and look-ahead plansFoster a collaborative, solutions-focused environmentQualifications:10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Sr. SuperintendentProven track record delivering commercial or institutional projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsOSHA 30 (preferred)Why This Role:This team values builders who take ownership.
