R Waxing is looking for a skilled Brow Threading Specialist — our Brow Architect — to join our luxury team.In this role, you'll deliver expert eyebrow threading and shaping services that reflect our commitment to precision, artistry, and elevated client care. We're seeking someone who brings proven threading technique, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating flawless brow results.You'll play a key role in driving studio success — through expert brow artistry, thoughtful retail guidance, and building lasting client relationships — while collaborating with our team to deliver seamless, elevated experiences.This position is available now. If you're ready to grow with a brand that values quality and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Perform expert eyebrow threading services to shape and define brows according to each client's facial features and preferencesConduct thorough brow consultations to understand each client's desired look and recommend appropriate shaping techniquesMaintain detailed client records and service notesEducate clients on brow maintenance, aftercare, and recommended touch-up schedulesUphold R Waxing's luxury standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and client careSupport retail sales of products and servicesCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiencesRequirements:Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow threading technique (minimum 2 years preferred)Strong knowledge of facial structure and brow shaping principlesExceptional attention to detail and precisionStrong client service skills with luxury service experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-end environmentProfessional communication skillsCommitment to ongoing education and skill developmentReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedPreferred (Not Required):Experience with brow tinting and/or laminationLicensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of TexasProficiency in salon scheduling software (e.g., BLVD)Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)What We Offer:Commission opportunities on retail and service add-onsTips401(k) Retirement Plan (eligible after 6 months of employment)Continuing education and training supportEmployee discount on servicesSupportive team environment focused on growth and excellenceGrowth potential within Houston's premier waxing and brow destinationSchedule:Studio hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (closed Sundays).
