This role works closely with leadership and employees to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionCoordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview schedulingPartner with hiring managers to support staffing needs across departmentsMaintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experienceAssist with offer letters and pre-employment processesOnboarding & Employee ExperienceFacilitate new hire onboarding and orientationEnsure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and timelySupport employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationsHRIS & ADP Workforce NowMaintain employee records and data within ADP Workforce NowAssist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee changes in the systemRun reports and support HR metrics trackingEnsure data accuracy and confidentialityEmployee Relations SupportRespond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and proceduresSupport HR leadership with employee relations matters as neededPromote a positive and professional workplace environmentCompliance & AdministrationMaintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and employment lawsAssist with audits, reporting, and HR documentationSupport benefits administration and open enrollment processesQualifications2–4 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting preferredExperience with ADP Workforce Now Recruitment Platform requiredStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentHR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)Experience supporting multi-department hiring needs
