Job DescriptionThe resource shall provide FICO Debt Manager configuration support to resolve defects identified. Defect resolution includes Debt Manager core functionality, configuration, workflow, ETL, letters/forms and peripheral systems. Computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis. Experience with FICO Debt Manager configuration. Experience integrating FICO Debt Manager with multiple peripheral systems including IVR, IPD, debt referral, debt adjustment, payment processing and document management systems. QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
