Digital Specialist - Part Time

Title: Digital Specialist, Virtual Try-on (Contractor)Department: eCommerce}Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440Schedule: Hybrid (1 day in a month/just to collect the color samples)CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Partner with buying teams to coordinate and track product samples for new launchesTrack new product deliveries and follow-up on late shipments for new brands and launchesCollaborate with the client's Marketplace team to identify priority 3P brand launches to launch in GlamLabPhoto, label, and document makeup swatches using iOS and macOSExtract hex color values from makeup swatches using photoshopPartner with the Digital Discovery Analyst to set-up and enter data for new SKUs in calibration appSupport analytics and performance metrics from a category, brand and product perspectivePartner with the Digital Discovery Analyst and the AR Innovation team to support user acceptance testing on enhancements and new experiencesAssists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancementsAssist with training documentation and Q/AProactively make recommendations regarding merchandising within the virtual try-on toolSupport GlamLab looks and SKU campaigns as needed and with direction from the Digital Discovery AnalystManage QR code process for digital team—creating from requests, managing links and trackers for all forms of marketing including print, in-store graphics/visuals, etcTroubleshoot QR code issues as they arise in a timely fashionREQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:1-2 years of relevant work experienceBeauty enthusiast with knowledge and/or experience with cosmetics/beauty productsMicrosoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint experience preferredSkills in Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferrediOS and macOS userDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skillsExcellent organizational skills with a strong eye for color and detailEffective cross-functional collaboration skillsOutstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things doneAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyBackground in color theory, a plus
