Electrical Assembler

*Summary:* This position is responsible for assembly and wiring of complex electrical and electronic systems panels and enclosures for automatous marine equipment control systems. *Responsibilities:* * Follow detailed schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide the assembly and installation of electrical parts. * Mounting and fastening electrical components onto panels, chassis or enclosures. * Perform precise point-to-point wiring, soldering, and crimping to connect and terminate wires and cables according to specifications. * Fabricating wire harnesses and cable assemblies for integration into larger systems. * Operating hand and power tools, including wire strippers, soldering irons, and crimpers. etc. * Conduct initial quality control checks on assembled parts using test equipment like multimeters to verify continuity and electrical integrity. * Work with other team members to complete the installation and integration of control systems. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. *Essential Qualifications:* * Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings * Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical assembly * Experience with muti-pin connector assemblies and soldering * Properly use crimpers, strippers, and hand tools * Ability to adapt to quick changes in schedule * Must be computer literate and have good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to lift / move 50 lbs. * Team oriented: willing to learn from and teach peers *Desirable Qualifications:* * Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems is a plus * Technical certificate or associate’s degree in electrical technology or related field. *Other Requirements:* * Applicants must be a United States citizen and be able to satisfactorily complete any background check or clearance requirements of relevant United States government agencies. · High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Job Type:* Full-time *Location:* Stuart, Florida, USA *Reporting To:* Production Supervisor/ Production Manager *Salary:* Commensurate with experience. *How to Apply:* Applicants should send a cover letter and resume to: *HR@searobotics.com* Pay: $23.80 - $28.66 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Are you a United States Citizen ?
